1. Turnaround

Each commission will be assigned a due date, typically within 2 weeks to 1 month of confirmation. Due dates are determined by complexity & scheduling. If you are in need of a specific due date, please let me know when ordering and I will do my best to work with you.

2. Process

• Sketches will be sent privately. Please allow sketches to be sent at most 1 week before your assigned due date. Once sketches are approved for color, please wait until your assigned due date before reaching out for an update.

• Once your due date comes, I will send a preview of your finished commisson for final approval.

• Each commission is allowed 2 revisions during the sketch phase, and 1 revision during the final.

3. Refunds

• Full refunds will only be issued if absolutely no work has been done. Please note that a sketch not being sent does not necessarily mean work has not been done, as I only send sketches that are ready for approval.

• If you are cancelling after any point, I will send whatever work I have done (if any) and refund the following amounts:

  • 100% if no work has been done.

  • 75% if sketches have been started, but not ready for sketch approval.

  • 50% if cancelling after sketches have been approved for final.

  • 25% if the commission is already in final color, but not ready for delivery.

4. Delivery

You will receive a high-res PNG file upon delivery. If you need the commission in a specific format (CMYK, JPG, etc) please let me know.

5. Permissions

• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. These are not permitted for commercial use.

• Commissioned artwork may be posted on other social media/websites with credit in the form of a link/mention to my portfolio or social media account.

• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, including content I disagree or am uncomfortable with.

• My work, commissioned or not, may not be fed to AI or similar learning models.
